Charline Morrison, a seamstress and former City of Tonawanda resident, died Saturday (May 28, 2003) in Eastern Star Nursing Home in Oriskany after a short illness.
The former Charline McNamee was born and raised in Buffalo and spent winters in Florida in the 1970s before she moved to the City of Tonawanda, where she lived until moving to Oriskany in 2000.
A member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mrs. Morrison worked from her home as a seamstress.
Her husband, Harry, died in 1979.
She is survived by a son, Albert of Northeast Palm Bay, Fla.; two daughters, Peggy Adams of Clarence and Judy Jones of Denver, N.C.; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church, 65 Main St., North Tonawanda.
