BINDEMANN - VANDERLIP

Michele Bindemann, a medical secretary, and Terrence Vanderlip, who served in the Army, were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in St. John Kanty Catholic Church. The Rev. John Alderson of SS. Rita and Patrick Church performed the wedding ceremony.

A reception was given in Father Justin Council Knights of Columbus clubrooms.

The bride and bridegroom will be at home in Buffalo after taking a Caribbean cruise.

The bride is the daughter of Diane Bindemann of Buffalo and the bridegroom is the son of Evelyn and Thomas Vanderlip of Buffalo.

A graduate of Villa Maria Academy and Trocaire College, the bride is employed by Dr. Ida Campagna. The bridegroom is a graduate of Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School and attended Erie Community College. He is employed by the Transportation Security Administration in Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

Schmitz - Albin
Kenmore East High School alumni Catherine L. Schmitz and Daniel J. Albin were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Christopher Catholic Church, Town of Tonawanda. Deacon Thaddeus V. Pijacki performed the ceremony.

A reception was given in Tan Tara Golf Club. The newly married couple will be at home in Rochester after a trip to Jamaica.

Ronald and Suzanne Schmitz of Town of Tonawanda are the bride's parents.

The bridegroom is the son of Judy Kaiser of Niagara Falls and Robert Albin of Town of Tonawanda.

A speech language therapist with Clinical Associates of the Finger Lakes, Victor, the bride is a graduate of Geneseo State College and received a master's degree from Loyola College in Maryland, Baltimore.

The bridegroom is employed as an electronic access specialist with Pittsford Federal Credit Union, Mendon. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.

O'Connor - Monti
St. Anthony Catholic Church, Lackawanna, was the setting at 2 p.m. Saturday when Heather Ann O'Connor became the bride of Patrick Angelo Monti during a ceremony performed by the Rev. Peter J. Drilling.

A reception was given in Romanello's South Restaurant before the couple left for Hawaii. They will live in West Seneca.

The bride is the daughter of Martha O'Connor of Lackawanna. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlo Monti of West Seneca.

An accounts payable/payroll specialist with the U.S. Corps of Engineers and a substitute teacher in Amherst Central School District, the bride is a graduate of Immaculata Academy and Villa Maria and Daemen colleges and is pursuing a master's degree in art education in Buffalo State College. The bridegroom, a graduate of West Seneca West High School and Erie Community College, is a lead custom home designer with Fischione and Sons Builders.

Prosser - Hoolihan
A reception was given in Sandy Beach Yacht Club before Michael James Prosser and his bride, Maureen Lynn Hoolihan, left for the Dominican Republic. They were married by the Rev. Charles E. Slisz at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Andrew Catholic Church, Town of Tonawanda.

The bride is the daughter of Gloria J. Bauer of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Town of Tonawanda, and the late John R. Hoolihan.

Parents of the bridegroom are Lawrence and Joanne Prosser of Grand Island.

The newly married couple will be at home in Kenmore.

A graduate of Kenmore West High School and University at Buffalo, the bride is employed by Erie County Social Services Department.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Grand Island High School and is a fourth-year apprentice with Local 237, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He is employed by Ferguson Electric Construction Co.
