Angeline C. Fleischman, 78, of Cheektowaga, a retired school bus driver, died Wednesday (May 14, 2003) in Elderwood Health Care Facility, Cheektowaga, after a lengthy illness.

Born Angeline Banaszak in Buffalo, she was a longtime Cheektowaga resident. She worked as a school bus driver for the Cottrell Co. for 20 years, driving routes in the Cheektowaga-Sloan district. She retired in 1985.

Mrs. Fleischman was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church in Cheektowaga.

She enjoyed bowling and movies.

She is survived by three daughters, Theresa Gumulak and Rosemarie Fleischman-Scott, both of Lancaster, and Jeanette Malinowski of Tempe, Ariz.; a sister, Mary Banaszak of Lancaster; a brother, Michael Banaszak of Buffalo; and seven grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church, 2158 Clinton St., Cheektowaga. Prayers will be said at 8:45 in Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home, 2510 Union Road, Cheektowaga. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Cheektowaga.
