Travelers jam the concourse Wednesday near the security check-in area at Buffalo Niagara International Airport on what traditionally is one of the busiest travel days of the year. The weather, however, was less than cooperative. Snow fell across the Northeast, bringing 2 inches to the Buffalo area and even more in lake-effect squalls in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. The weekend forecast calls for highs in the 30s and at least a little snow every day.
