This is one of the easiest cookies we know:
PECAN GRAHAM CRACKER BARS
9 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Arrange graham crackers on the bottom of a 8-inch square pan.
Boil butter and sugar for two minutes. Stir in pecans and spoon the syrup over the graham crackers. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 10 minutes.
While the bars are still warm, cut them into the original nine graham cracker pieces. Then cut each square in half. Makes 18 bars.
