Patricia A. Penque, 51, died Friday (Nov. 22, 2002) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a short illness.

The former Patricia Ryan was born in Niagara Falls and graduated from Madonna High School.

After high school, she worked as a teller at M&T Bank, Niagara Falls, and as a waitress at John's Flaming Hearth, Town of Niagara.

In 1987, she moved to Tampa, Fla., where she worked as a marketing representative for Trane Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mrs. Penque moved back to Niagara County in 1998 and worked for three years as an account representative at the TeleTech call center in Niagara Falls. After that, she worked as a receptionist for Account Solutions Group, Amherst, until June of this year.

She enjoyed pets.

Survivors include her mother, Norma L. McCombs of Clearwater, Fla.; two sisters, Karen LoStracco of Youngstown and JoAnne Perkins of Northridge, Calif.; and a brother, Michael J. Ryan of Ransomville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 620 Center St., Lewiston, following prayers at 9 in M.J. Colucci & Son Funeral Chapel, 468 19th St., Niagara Falls. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
