STILL DOUBTING THOMAS

Giving the Ralph C. Wilson distinguished service award to Thurman Thomas epitomizes everything that is wrong in sports. Granted he was an excellent football player; but he also (when things weren't to his liking) was a surly uncommunicative clown, who was too busy working on his Super Bowl dance to remember where he left his helmet.

However, I am confident that 72,000 clueless fans will give him a standing ovation even though he could care less about them.

Hey -- that's what makes America a great country!
