HARMONY -- A Jamestown man found behind the wheel of a vehicle that went off Spooner Road faces a felony charge of driving while intoxicated, Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies said Sunday.
Daniel J. Dolan, 37, is also charged with failure to keep right, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and refusing to take a breath test after Deputies Michael E. Seeley and Chet Cobb apprehended him shortly after 11 p.m. Friday .
The deputies, who were responding to a call about a vehicle off the road, said Dolan failed field sobriety tests. His arrest on the charge of driving while intoxicated became a felony arrest when it was learned he had been convicted of another DWI charge within the past 10 years.
