Health fair: Trinity Baptist Church, 41 Spruce St., will host a free health and wellness fair; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Presentations include women's health issues, foot care and treatment, nutrition, hypertension, behavioral health and more. Also, blood pressure screening and dental hygiene education conducted by staff from the Community Health Center of Buffalo.
Speakers include Dr. Lisa A. Nicholas, a physician; Dr. William A. Holley, a podiatrist; Dr. Cromwell Msuku, a physician; and Mark Boser, a social worker. Proceeds from refreshments will be used for the church's building fund.

Race: The Alcoholism Council in Niagara County will hold its fourth annual Jack O' Lantern Fall Classic 5K Race; 10 a.m., behind the Orin Lehmann Visitors Center and continuing on to Goat Island.
