It is expected to review a plan by Rural/Metro Medical Services to relocate its ambulance facility to an old textile plant at 452 Northumberland Ave. Last month, the board delayed action on the $3 million project after some residents raised concerns about noise and traffic. City officials said Rural/Metro recently met with residents to try to resolve those issues.
