Meeting: The Planning Board will meet; 8:15 a.m., Room 901 of City Hall. It is expected to review a plan by Rural/Metro Medical Services to relocate its ambulance facility to an old textile plant at 452 Northumberland Ave. Last month, the board delayed action on the $3 million project after some residents raised concerns about noise and traffic. City officials said Rural/Metro recently met with residents to try to resolve those issues.

Workshop: The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, a nonprofit community advocacy and housing assistance organization, will hold a workshop for prospective homeowners on obtaining a mortgage with no down payment, no closing costs and no application fees; 6 p.m., Central Presbyterian Church, 15 Jewett Parkway at Main Street.
