MONACO - WOJTKOWIAK

Resurrection Catholic Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday when Lorraine Elizabeth Monaco and Marc David Wojtkowiak were married by the Rev. Walter L. Matuszak.

Mr. and Mrs. Luigi F. Monaco, parents of the bride, and Mr. and Mrs. David E. Wojtkowiak, the bridegroom's parents, are of Cheektowaga.

A reception was given in Samuel's Grande Manor. The newly married couple will be at home in Cheektowaga after traveling to Hawaii.

A graduate of Cheektowaga Central High School and Buffalo State College, the bride has a master's degree in school counseling from University at Buffalo and is a counselor in Pioneer Central Middle and High School, employed by Cattaraugus-Allegany-Erie-Wyoming Board of Cooperative Educational Services.

The bridegroom, a graduate of West Seneca East High School, is a process operator at Steuben Foods.

Buffum - McGuire
Kelly L. Buffum, who is attending Cleveland State University, and Thomas J. McGuire, a legal intern for the City of Lakewood, Ohio, were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Saturday in Our Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Blasdell. The Rev. Edward R. Czarnecki heard their vows.

Donna Wolfe of North Ridgeville, Ohio, and Nathan Buffum of West Seneca are the bride's parents. The bridegroom is the son of John and Sharon McGuire of Blasdell.

A reception was given in Dock at the Bay. The newly married couple will be at home in Lakewood after a trip to the Pocono Mountains.

The bride, a graduate of West Seneca East High School, is a teacher in Children's House, Broadview Heights, Ohio.

The bridegroom was graduated from Lackawanna High School, University at Buffalo and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Schiersing - Bugajski
Jill M. Schiersing, a veterinary technician at Batavia Animal Hospital, and Joseph A. Bugajski, an apprentice mechanic for Liftech Handling Inc., exchanged marriage vows at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Alden.

The Rev. Gabriel Scarfia of Christ the King Seminary performed their wedding ceremony.

A reception was given in Father John Schaus Council Knights of Columbus clubrooms.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald H. Schiersing of Darien Center are the bride's parents. Marsha H. Bugajski of Alden and the late Joseph L. Bugajski are parents of the bridegroom.

The bride is a graduate of Alden Central High School and Delhi State College of Technology. The bridegroom was graduated from St. Mary High School and Erie Community College. They will be at home in Alden after a trip to Orlando, Fla.

Rott - Clark
A reception was given in Holiday Inn Select, Niagara Falls, after the wedding of Deborah Lynne Rott and James Thomas Clark at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Timothy Catholic Church, Town of Tonawanda. Monsignor John I. Ducette heard their vows.

The bride is the daughter and stepdaughter of Dennis and Michelle Rott of Town of Cambria and Judith and James Fox of Town of Tonawanda. The bridegroom is the son of the late James Edward Clark and the late Kathleen Marie Kelsey Clark. The couple will be at home in Clifton Park after taking a Mediterranean cruise.

A graduate of University at Buffalo, the bride attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she is an application programmer/analyst.

The bridegroom was graduated from Florida Institute of Technology and is a utility product specialist for EOne Detection Systems, Niskayuna.
