Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Boston, Mass., was the setting at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 14 for the wedding of Carol Polisson, daughter of Aglaia and George J. Polisson of Williamsville, and Dr. Paul G. Firth, son of Frances and Richard Firth of Capetown, South Africa. The Rev. Constantine Xanthakis and the Rev. Dean Panagos performed the ceremony. A reception was given in the Harvard Club of Boston. The couple will be at home in Boston after a trip to St. Barthelmey. A graduate of Wellesley College, the bride is a microbiologist with New England Biolabs. The bridegroom received his medical degree from University of Capetown and completed a residency in anesthesia in Harvard Medical School. He has a fellowship in pediatric anesthesia at New England Medical Center.
