ROBERTSON - SORNBERGER

Wedding vows were exchanged by Jodi A. Robertson and Jeffery A. Sornberger during a ceremony performed by the Rev. David W. Kofahl at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. James United Methodist Church, Niagara Falls.

Carol E. Robertson of Lockport and the late James H. Robertson are the bride's parents. Parents of the bridegroom are Patricia and Russell Sornberger of Sanborn.

A reception was given in Olcott Fire Hall. The couple will be at home in Cambria after a trip to Cancun, Mexico.

A graduate of Kenmore West High School, the bride is an outpatient registration clerk in Children's Hospital. The bridegroom, a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School, is a service team leader at Gambino Ford.

McCartan - Fahrer
Robin J. McCartan, a head teacher with Edukids Child Care, and Shawn D. Fahrer, an environmental specialist with Arric Corp., exchanged nuptial vows Saturday at 1 p.m. in St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, West Seneca.

A reception was given in Harvey D. Morin Post Veterans of Foreign Wars clubhouse.

John R. and Carol McCartan of West Seneca are the parents of the bride. The bridegroom's parents, Peter and Francine Fahrer, are also of West Seneca.

After a trip to the Pocono Mountains, the newly married couple will make their home in West Seneca.

The bride was graduated from Orchard Park Central High School. The bridegroom, a graduate of West Seneca West High School, attended Alfred State College of Technology.

Palmer - Olejniczak
At noon Saturday in St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Elma, Robin B. Palmer and Ronald Olejniczak exchanged marriage vows before the Rev. Daniel J. Palys.

Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Meredith Moore of Town of Tonawanda and the late Rodney F. Palmer. The bridegroom is the son of John A. Olejniczak of Orchard Park. A reception was given in the Masonic Hall, West Seneca. The couple will be at home in Snyder after a trip to Aruba.

A graduate of Kenmore West High School, the bride is secretary and office manager of Water Flow Plumbing & Heating. The bridegroom, a graduate of West Seneca West High School, is a team leader with Fleet Services and is owner of www.order.unfranchised.com.

Stanton - Powell
Tina Marie Stanton, a Town of Evans Police Department employee, and Kevin Mark Powell, a New York State Department of Corrections employee, exchanged nuptial vows Saturday at 4 p.m. in Eden United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Richard A. Caldwell performed the ceremony for the daughter of Katherine L. Stanton of Cheektowaga and the son of Judith M. and Roger L. Powell of Angola.

A reception was given in Dock at the Bay before the newly married couple left for Aruba.

A graduate of West Seneca West High School and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, the bride served in the Army and is a sergeant in the Army National Guard. The bridegroom is a graduate of Lake Shore Central High School.

Castanza - Soucia
West Seneca West High School alumni Holly E. Castanza and Eric A. Soucia were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday in Catholic Church of the Holy Family. The Rev. William R. Bigelow performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Michael R. and Terry L. Castanza of West Seneca. Parents of the bridegroom are Larry Soucia and Kathleen Soucia, both of Blasdell.

A reception was given in Kotecki's Grandview Grove. The newly married couple will be at home in Orchard Park a trip to Cozumel, Mexico.

A Trocaire College graduate, the bride is an MRI technologist with Southtowns Magnetic Imaging. The bridegroom, a Hilbert College graduate, is an accountant with Swiatek Falbo & Moscato.

Kroll - Meyers
The marriage ceremony for Susan I. Kroll and Robert A. Meyers took place Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, where the Rev. Anthony F. Rigoli of St. Rose of Lima Church heard their vows.

Mr. and Mrs. John Kroll of Williamsville are parents of the bride and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyers of Town of Tonawanda are the bridegroom's parents. A reception was given in Tan Tara Golf Club.

A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, the bride has a master of business administration degree from University at Buffalo and is employed by One Beacon Insurance. The bridegroom, a graduate of Buffalo State College, is a geologist at Ecology & Environment. They will be at home in Tonawanda after a trip to Hawaii.

A reception was given in Orchard Park Country Club for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard P. Tamulski of West Seneca and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Cloen Sr. of Snyder.

After a trip to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, the couple will be at home in Williamsville.

The bride is a graduate of Nardin Academy and St. Bonaventure University, cum laude. The bridegroom, a freight broker with Fetch Logistics, is a graduate of Christian Central Academy and Daemen College.

Wedding vows exchanged by Judith R. Stewart and Michael R. Smyntek at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Teresa Catholic Church were heard by Monsignor S. Theodore Berg.

Theresa R. Stewart and James R. Stewart, parents of the bride, are of Buffalo. The bridegroom is the son of Deborah Smyntek and James T. Smyntek, both of Buffalo. A reception was given in Father Justin Council Knights of Columbus clubhouse. The couple will be at home in Buffalo after a trip to Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of Buffalo State College, is a quality control analyst assistant for Bristol-Myers Squibb and is a religious education teacher. The bridegroom is a graduate of Erie Community College South Campus and is an intern architect with Kideney Architects.
