TALK TO FOCUS ON JEWISH-CHRISTIAN TIES

Marc Saperstein, an authority on Jewish-Christian relations, will be the featured speaker for the 14th annual Jack and Florence Gellman Lectures at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 14 in Dunleavy Hall at Niagara University.

Saperstein, a professor of Jewish history and director of the Judaic studies program at George Washington University, Washington, D.C., will discuss the relationship between classical Christian teachings and resulting policy toward Jews.

Saperstein is book review editor for the Association of Jewish Studies Review.

He has written four books on Jewish issues and Jewish-Christian relations.
