FALCONER, JOHNSON WIN GOP BALLOT SLOTS

Ronald Falconer, incumbent Java town councilman, and Rebecca Johnson won the Republican primary for two endorsements for seats on the Town Board.

Falconer received 61 votes, while Johnson received 58 votes. Henry Rose tallied 37 votes; Tracey George received 35 votes.

Unofficial results from other Wyoming County Republican primaries:

ATTICA: Howard Barraclough and James Prusak won Republican nods for two seats on the Town Board. Barraclough received 139 votes, James Prusak got 92 votes, and Ralph Mucher got 91 votes.

BENNINGTON: Incumbent Mike M. Mohun received the Republican nod for town justice over Martha Frounick, 231-53. Incumbent Highway Superintendent Richard Jensen won his primary race over Kenneth Czworka, 207-79.

WARSAW: Abby Hyland won in the race for town clerk. Hyland got 131 votes, while Barbara Hackemer got 90 votes and Heather Aldinger, 83 votes.
