Dorothy C. Koch, 79, a lifelong Buffalo resident and retired registered nurse, died Monday (Sept. 24, 2001) in Erie County Medical Center after a long illness.
Born Dorothy Morrow in Buffalo, she attended Kensington High School and Sisters of Charity School of Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at Sisters Hospital cand Erie County Medical Center and also served as a private-duty nurse.
In her spare time, she enjoyed bingo and classical music.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick A. of Buffalo.
Prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m. Friday in Sauer-Lynette-Amigone Funeral Home, 1933 Kensington Ave., Cheektowaga, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic Church, 157 Cleveland Ave., Cheektowaga. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
