SARAH J. BRUMFIELD, TOOL-AND-DIE MAKER

Sarah J. "Sally" Brumfield, 64, of the City of Tonawanda, died Saturday (Sept. 22, 2001) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a lengthy illness. She was 64.

A longtime resident of the Tonawandas, she was born Sarah Morgan in Hume.

For 22 years, she worked as a tool-and-die maker for Trico Products Corp. in Buffalo, retiring in 1994. She served as president of the Trico Employees Federal Credit Union.

Mrs. Brumfield was a member of St. Paul's Church of the Nazarene in Sanborn and served as a member and secretary of the church board for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Norman "Obe"; three sons, Norman E. of North Tonawanda, Richard E. of the City of Tonawanda and Timothy of Amherst; three sisters, Susan White of Birmingham, Ala., Mary Fish of Cleveland, Tenn., and Doris Morgan of Perrysburg; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in John O. Roth Funeral Home, 25 William St., City of Tonawanda. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
