Services for Kathleen Adair Harmon of East Aurora, who taught art and piano, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Calvary Heights Baptist Church, 981 Bowen Road, Elma. Burial will be in Marilla Cemetery.
Mrs. Harmon died unexpectedly Sept. 14, 2001, in Minsk, Belarus, while on a missions trip. She was 58.
The former Kathleen Maples was born in Batavia and was a graduate of Corfu Central School. Besides teaching art at West Seneca Christian School, she was an artist who gave private art and piano lessons.
She was a member of the Buffalo Fine Arts League and the East Aurora Art Society. She also enjoyed music, golf, painting and traveling.
Her husband, Bruce T., died in November 1997.
Survivors include a daughter, Audrey Adair Leipler of East Aurora; a son, Jeffrey B. of East Aurora; two sisters, Annette Maples of Cheektowaga and Elaine Brown of Leesburg, Fla.; a brother, Leo Maples of Darien; and four grandchildren.
