The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference on Friday unveiled the logo for the 2003 NCAA Men's Frozen Four at HSBC Arena -- Niagara Falls pouring over a puck -- and announced tickets to the event will be available to the general public in the spring through a random selection process.
The MAAC is hosting the college hockey championship in 2003 from April 10-12. Tickets for all three games will be $120.
Half of the tickets will be held for previous Frozen Four ticket purchasers, dating back to 1997. Those ticket holders will receive applications in late March, and the tickets will be awarded randomly.
The other half will be available to the public and those who did not receive tickets through the first process. Applications can be obtained at www.ncaaicehockey.com and will be accepted from April 1-May 1, 2002. Confirmation letters will be mailed out for the second pool in May 2002.
