THURSDAY ARTS PICKS

The annual Buffalo Music Hall of Fame's Induction Ceremony and Concert will begin at 7 p.m. in the Tralf, 100 Theater Place.

Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth will be on stage at 8 p.m. in Rockwell Hall Auditorium, Buffalo State College, 1300 Elmwood Ave. The evening will also feature readings by Eileen Myles and Chris Kraus.

Madison Greene, featuring ex-Buffalonians Jason and Erin (Zindle) Beck, will play Higher Grounds Coffee House, 3622 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, from 8 to 11 p.m.

Fairweather, plus Keepsake and Trial by Fire, will be on stage at 6 p.m. in the Backstage Pub, 454 Pearl St.
