Charlie Jeff Holloway Sr., 78, who worked for the Dussault Foundry in Lockport, died Sunday (Sept. 16, 2001) in Medina Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Americus, Ga., and worked at the Dussault Foundry until retiring in 1980.
Holloway married the former Blanche Harper in 1941.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming.
In addition to his wife of 60 years, survivors include a daughter, Lue Jean Harvey of Albion; a sister, Christine Harper of Medina; two brothers, William and Richard, both of Medina; seven grandchildren; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Bates-Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Burial will be in Boxwood Cemetery.
