In regards to the review of John's Flaming Hearth restaurant, owner John Prozeralik is a person who works hard to give "Mr. Public" the best he can.
He should try to follow in the owner's footsteps one week. I've worked in many restaurants and have never seen a completely mistake-free, picture-perfect place. I don't know what world you're living in.
I'm not saying the waitress didn't slip up, but if your meal wasn't right, catch her eye and tell her; she'd have gladly had it done over or given you a new one. I know that for a fact. You certainly mouthed enough words on paper; it would have taken less time to tell your server.
