Nancy A. Horni, 65, of West Seneca, a retired elementary school teacher, died Tuesday (June 19, 2001) in Mercy Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Buffalo, the former Nancy Gallagher graduated from South Park High School, and Buffalo State College in 1957 where she got a bachelor's degree, and then went on there to earn her master's degree in elementary education.
She taught for 33 years in the Orchard Park school system, at both South Davis and Eggert elementary schools. She retired in 1991.
In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, singing, sewing and bowling.
Mrs. Horni is survived by her husband of 33 years, Herbert C.
Funeral services will be held at 10 this morning in Paul A. Kloc Blossom Chapels, 4680 Clinton St., West Seneca.
Burial will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca.
