The annual Lizzard Ball will begin at 8 p.m. in the Tralf, 100 Theater Place. Performers for this year's all-ages event include One World Tribe, Mexican Cession, The Waz and the 1 2/8 Path Band.

White Star Line, Hollowphonic and Palomar Sky Survey will join forces for an 11 p.m. concert in Mohawk Place, 47 E. Mohawk St.

Milkrun will play in place of C.O. Jones at 11 p.m. in Nietzsche's, 248 Allen St.

Mudpies will host "Mardi Gras Madness," a wine tasting to benefit the building of an interactive children's museum, at 5:30 p.m. in the Market Arcade, 617 Main St.

Solo dance artist Margie Gillis will perform at 8 o'clock on the Center for the Arts Mainstage, UB North Campus, Amherst.

"Gothic at Midnight," a one-man show by actor/impersonator Joshua Kane, will be staged at 8 p.m. in Lancaster Opera House, 21 Central Ave., Lancaster.

The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, featuring jazz pianist Marcus Roberts, will perform a pops concert titled "Rhapsody in Blue" at 7:30 p.m. in Kleinhans Music Hall.

The Amherst Saxophone Quartet will perform a program called "Buffalo's Own" at 7:30 p.m. in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 724 Delaware Ave.
