Services for David L. Kennedy, formerly of 95th Street, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Wheatfield.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston.
Kennedy, a resident of Niagara Geriatrics Center, died Wednesday (Feb. 14, 2001) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a long illness. He was 85.
Born in Glencoe, Ohio, he moved to Niagara Falls as a youth. He was employed for 53 years as a technical engineer at Moore Business Forms.
Kennedy was a member of Pierce Avenue United Presbyterian Church and enjoyed lawn bowling and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, the former Virginia Vanone; a daughter, Deborah May of Thurmont, Md.; a son, Kevin of Littleton, Ohio; a brother, James of Niagara Falls; a sister, Sarah Stirling of Lewiston; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
