NIAGARA FALLS -- Schoellkopf Health Center will offer flu vaccinations to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in the facility's solarium at 621 10th St.
Vaccinations cost $5 but will be provided free for individuals with Medicare Part B coverage if they present their Medicare cards.
The vaccine also is free for members of Senior Plus, the nursing home's education and outreach program for people 62 and older. Members must show their cards.
People with Independent Health Encompass 65, Univera Senior Choice and Blue Cross and Blue Shield Senior Blue will be given receipts to obtain reimbursement for the charge.
Free parking is available in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center's attached ramp.

City Hall to be closed Monday, Feb.19
LOCKPORT -- City Clerk Richard P. Mullaney announced that City Hall will be closed Monday and on Feb. 19 in honor of the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington.
However, the city's garbagbe collection schedule will not be affected by either closing, and the regular Monday collection route will be in use both days.
Four named to Senior Citizen Council
NIAGARA FALLS -- The City Council Monday Reappointed Robert Ramos and appointed Harold Fox, Alice Arutunjan, and Cecelia Alati to the Senior Citizen Council for terms to expire in 2003.
It also will reappoint Marie Ponzi, Paulette Shine and Willie Dunn and appoint Summer Chapman and Michael Rowcroft to the Youth Board for two-year terms.
