Maryanne Puerner, 54, a technical writer and former Niagara Falls resident, died Monday (Sept. 18, 2000) in her Roxbury, Vt., home.
Ms. Puerner moved to Vermont in the early 1970s after earning an undergraduate degree from Radcliffe College in Cambridge, Mass., and completing extensive graduate work at the University of Rochester.
She worked as a technical writer in Bethel Vt., and Montpelier, Vt., before starting a technical writing business in her Roxbury home.
Surviving are two daughters, Amanda Moskwa of Northampton, Mass., and Morgaine Moskwa of Roxbury; two brothers, Michael Puerner of White Springs, Fla., and James Puerner of Lewiston; and two sisters, Kathy Puerner of Charlottesville, Va., and Susan Puerner of Williamsville.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Roxbury Congregational Church.
