BAND TO BE FEATURED AT POLICE CLUB EVENT

The Niagara Falls Police Club is holding its fifth annual fund-raising concert Sept. 29 featuring the Vogues, which became famous for songs such as "Turn Around Look at Me," "You're the One" and "Five O'Clock World."

The concert will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Riviera Theatre on Webster Street, North Tonawanda. Tickets are $15, said police union President Thomas Winegarden. Tickets may be obtained by calling Stage Door Music Productions at 286-1360 or at the door on the night of the performance.

Winegarden said the Police Club uses the money to help causes such as Camp Good Days and Special Times and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and for scholarships.
