Services for Laura Jeanne Athoe, 44, of Oakfield, an accountant, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Batavia Assembly of God Church, 24 N. Spruce St. Burial will be in Reed Cemetery, Oakfield.
Mrs. Athoe died Thursday (Sept. 14, 2000) in a motor vehicle accident in Bergen.
She worked for First Choice Travel here and was a graduate of Oakfield-Alabama High School and Genesee Community College.
She was a member of City Church, where she was involved in the children's ministry and the women's organization. She was a past chairwoman of the Oakfield Betterment Committee.
Surviving are her husband, Daniel W.; two daughters, Amanda and Kristine, who was critically injured in the accident and is a patient in Erie County Medical Center; two sons, Jeffrey and Joshua; her mother, Nancy Davis Hamm of Oakfield; two brothers, Michael S. Hamm and Joel Hamm, both of Oakfield; and three sisters, Rebecca Kabel and Claudia Gelder, both of Oakfield, and Brenda Ritchie of Hamlin.
