A 29-year-old man suffered a broken leg while riding a disabled snowmobile, Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies said Monday.
Jeffery Lockwood of Randolph was driving the vehicle early Sunday morning in a field off Weeden Road when he hit a ditch and was partially ejected, deputies said. The sled had only one ski attached.
The vehicle is owned by Travis C. Johnson of Randolph, deputies said.
Lockwood was taken to WCA Hospital in Jamestown for treatment. Charges are pending, deputies said.
