COMMUNITY CONCERT SET FOR BLACK HISTORY MONTH

A Black History Month Community Concert is scheduled to be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 11 at 292 High St.

The free concert is being sponsored by the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers' Moot Senior Citizens Center in collaboration with the Community Music School. In addition to a live jazz performance, the event will include lunch provided by the Erie County Nutrition Program and remarks from guest speaker J. Carl Bland of the Buffalo Chapter of the NAACP.

Moot Senior Citizens Center is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
