A Niagara Falls woman was arrested Sunday morning after police said she struck a parked car while driving in the parking lane on Pine Avenue.

Linda D. Waterson, 44, of Pierce Avenue faces charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, passing a red light and driving while intoxicated. She also had to post $275 bail on an outstanding warrant for unpaid parking tickets.

Niagara Falls Police Officer Steven Baum said he saw Waterson make a left turn on a red light and then strike a parked car shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of Pine Avenue.
