STATE'S BANKERS ELECT HUMPHREY VICE CHAIR

Peter G. Humphrey of Warsaw has been elected vice chairman of the New York Bankers Association.

Humphrey is president and chief executive of Financial Institutions Inc., the multibank holding company which owns Wyoming County Bank, First Tier Bank & Trust, National Bank of Geneva and Pavilion State Bank.

The association represents the commercial banking industry in New York which employs more than 200,000 people and has collective assets of $900 billion.
