FESTIVAL: A weekend of winter activities for youth. Today will offer free roller skating at Skateland, 1109 Lincoln Ave., Lockport, 5 to 8:30 p.m. and the Chris Burke Show at 7 p.m. in the Taylor Theater, 433 Locust St., Lockport. Events will continue at the Kenan Center, 195 Beattie Ave., Lockport, on Saturday with snowshoeing, animal displays, dog sledding, ice sculpting, a carnival, soccer in the snow, Bubble Mania, a Civil War re-enactment and much more, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Sunday there will be a country breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Masonic Temple, 1 Cottage St., Lockport and donkey basketball, from 3 to 4:30 p.m in the Kenan Arena.
