A Lockport man is accused of fracturing a Niagara Falls man's skull by kicking him in the head with his steel-toed boots early Friday, state police Investigator Anthony L. Green said Saturday.
Terrance Robinson, 22, of Allen Street in Lockport, was charged with second-degree assault and is in Niagara County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. State police and state Parks Police conducted a joint investigation, Green said.
Joshua Pruitt, 22, of Byrd Avenue, Niagara Falls, was listed in stable condition late Saturday in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
The assault occurred at 3 a.m. Friday in Reservoir State Park off Witmer Road, police said.
