EVE SHOULDN'T BE SKIPPING CRUCIAL VOTES IN ALBANY

I would like to comment on Deputy Assembly Speaker Arthur O. Eve's need for a month's vacation away from his duties in Albany, during which time he missed a number of key votes. Perhaps if Eve spent less time supporting causes that are not in his duties as our representative, he would not be suffering from fatigue and burn-out. He has made appearances on several occasions, with his prayer shawl very apparent, when it was none of his business to be there.

Eve should read over the job requirements of the office he was elected to, and make it his business to be in Albany when his vote is required on crucial issues important to our area. He owes that to his electorate.
