WILLIAMSVILLE BOARD OKS VILLAGE HALL WORK BONDING

The Williamsville Village Board Monday agreed to bond $600,000 for improvements to Village Hall on Main Street.

The bond will cover costs for new heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems in the building, as well as a new roof, said Mayor Basil J. Piazza.

In other business, the Village Board:

Authorized the mayor to sign a state grant application for $5,000 to be used for an events and information sign in front of Village Hall.

Appointed Kenneth Selden of Mill Street to the village's Historic Preservation Committee.
