Donald R. Fenzel, 70, who had worked as a blacksmith and machinist with the Pivot Punch Co. in Pendleton for many years, died Saturday (Jan. 22, 2000) in Newfane Inter-Community Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Buffalo and moved to Pendleton in 1955 and to Newfane in 1992.

His wife, the former Dorothy Hamman, died in 1990.

Survivors include two sons, Duane R. of West Seneca and Dale R.; a daughter, Diane R. Wilson of Angola; and eight grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Wheatfield Cemetery, Wheatfield.
