A Niagara Falls man was arrested for the second time in 20 hours Friday and charged with harassing a Locust Street woman, Officer Rodney J. Peters said.

Albert J. Weathers, 26, of Linwood Avenue was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt of court when he was picked up on Park Avenue at 4:40 p.m.

The night before, Weathers had been arrested on another aggravated harassment charge after the woman said Weathers had made about 75 phone calls to her over a two-day period, Peters said.

Peters said an hour and 45 minutes after making bail on the first charge and being slapped with an order of protection directing him to stay away from the woman, Weathers called her again.
