Sunday's Business Section will be devoted to a review of financial markets in 1999.
The complete listing of stocks on the New York, American and Nasdaq exchanges will show each stock's annual trading volume; high, low and closing price, and dollar amount and percentage change over the course of the year.
The complete listing of mutual funds will show each fund's closing net asset value; year's dividends and capital gains distributions; annual percentage return, and four-year ranking. In addition, the best- and worst-performing funds by several objectives will be highlighted.
Coverage will include stories on how local stocks performed during the year, and on U.S. and foreign equity and bond markets.
It's a section investors won't want to miss, and that many will find helpful in preparing 1999 income tax returns.
