Two persons were arrested Thursday morning on drug-related charges, bringing the total of such arrests to 108 since Oct. 1, city police said.
Luis O. Rivera, 21, of West Second Street, and Katrina Maxwell, 38, of Townsend Street, were picked up on warrants charging them each with third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance. Both are accused of selling crack cocaine to undercover police officers, police said.
Rivera was arraigned before City Court Judge Walter Drag, who set bail at $20,000 cash or $40,000 property.
Maxwell is awaiting arraignment before County Court Judge John Ward.
