TAKE TWO -- BUT NO MORE

Regarding that fulfilling filling feeling, everyone comes out with tips this time of year about how to avoid stuffing yourself at holiday parties. Here's one from Allure magazine, which says New York psychologist Stephen Gullo advises patients to limit themselves to two of anything (except for fruit, crudities and unfried shrimp) and also suggests eating an egg-white omelet or a salad with tuna before a party for high-protein protection.
