West Seneca police have released a composite sketch of a man wanted in the robbery of an elderly couple after gaining entrance to their house by posing as a deliveryman.

Once inside the Westgate subdivision home at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday, he put his hand in his pocket, claimed he had a gun and was on drugs and demanded money, police said. After the homeowner turned over a small amount of cash, the robber ripped the phone from the wall and left.

He is described as white, about 6 feet tall with a thin build, 30 to 35 years old, with dark hair combed back.

Anyone with information is asked to call the West Seneca Police Detective Bureau at 674-3154.
