Joseph J. Goslin, 82, a retired employee of the former NL Industries, died Saturday (Dec. 18, 1999) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Niagara Falls and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.
Goslin served in the Army during the U.S. occupation of Japan.
He worked for a few years at the Kimberly-Clark Corp. plant, where he was a supervisor. He worked for 37 years at NL Industries as a research technician, retiring in 1979.
Goslin was a member of John J. Welch Post 381, American Legion, and a former member of Council 247, Knights of Columbus, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include three sons, Kevin J. of Sioux City, Iowa, Richard J. of Phoenixville, Pa., and Robert J.
Burial will be private.
