The Genesee County local drug-enforcement task force raided three residences Saturday, arresting four males and two women for possession of crack cocaine and marijuana.
Police identified the suspects as: Clarence McLeod, 42, of Bank Street; Kenny Lee Couser, 17, of Rochester; Leslie F. Wilson, 44, Swan Street; Deborah Williams, 33, South Swan Street; and Lillian J. Ford, 46, South Swan Street; and a 15-year-old from Rochester.
The adults were arraigned before City Court Judge Don B. Iwanicki and remanded to Genesee County Jail. The juvenile was taken to the Niagara County Jail Juvenile Holding Center. He was charged with felony intent to sell.
The Task Force, made up of of sheriff's deputies and police from Batavia and Le Roy, had been investigating the sites for the past five months following numerous complaints from neighbors. State Police and a K-9 patrol also assisted.
McLeod and Couser face felony charges of possession and sale of a controlled substance. The others were cited for misdemeanors. Williams was also charged with unlawfully dealing with a child. Deputies said they confiscated $1,500 in cash, $1,000 in cocaine, and a shotgun.
