Frederick A. Marsh, 67, a former Buffalo resident, died Sunday (Sept. 26, 1999) in Warren General Hospital in Warren.

Born in St. Augustine, Fla., he came to Buffalo in the mid-1950s after serving in the Army during the Korean War.

A self-employed contractor, he worked as a roofer, a window washer and general handyman while a resident of Buffalo and Cheektowaga. He moved to the Warren area 25 years ago and continued working as a contractor until he retired in the early 1990s.

He and the former Joan E. Osborne were married in 1957. She died in 1975.

Survivors include three daughters, Kathleen Benson of Coraopolis, Karen Larson of Warren and Cynthia Swoger of Plano, Texas; a brother, John, of Buffalo; a sister, Alice Noto of Cheektowaga; seven grandchildren; and a longtime companion, Susan Gray.

Funeral services were held today in Warren. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell.
