Jane Chormann Richmond, 82, of Fort Gray Drive, a native of Niagara Falls, died Monday (Sept. 27, 1999) in Crestwood Nursing Home, Wheatfield, after a short illness.
A graduate of the former St. Mary's High School in Niagara Falls, the former Jane Baker was a member of the Niagara Falls Service Club, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center Auxiliary, The Molly Foundation for Diabetes Research, Niagara Falls Country Club, The Tattler Club and the Altar Guild of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Niagara Falls.
Her first husband, George G. Chormann, died in 1966. Her second husband, Carl H. Richmond, died in 1995.
Survivors include a son, George G. Chormann Jr. of Lewiston; two daughters, Jane Lynn Holt of Lewiston and Susan B. Minicucci of Allendale, N.J.; two stepdaughters, Sandra Adams of Rosemont, Pa., and Carol Wolcott of Miami; a brother, Edward Baker of Silver Spring, Md.; a sister, Barbara H. Baker of Niagara Falls; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Rainbow Boulevard and Second Street, Niagara Falls. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
