Linda Fae Lowery, 46, of Center Court, a former home health-care aide, died Monday (Sept. 20, 1999) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after apparently suffering a heart attack.
Ms. Lowery was born in Niagara Falls and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.
She worked as a home health-care aide for various local agencies until she became disabled in 1996.
She also volunteered to work during elections at the polls.
She enjoyed cooking and bingo and was active with various local civic organizations.
She was a member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church and was widely known for her sense of humor.
Survivors include a son, Jerome M. Brundidge; her mother, Laurine Lowery; four sisters, Zola Crowell of Buffalo, Jessie Scott of Lockport, Mary Ann Thomas and Lena Thomas; three brothers, John, Joseph and James; and a grandson.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Mount Sinai Baptist Church, 17th Street and Tennessee Avenue. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston.
