A city detective and sheriff's investigators have arrested two men accused of sexually abusing young girls in separate incidents over the weekend.
James E. Ewing, 21, of 12th Street is charged with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He allegedly entered the East Side home of a 13-year-old girl on Sunday and touching her inappropriately, police said.
Roy W. Michael Jr., 40, of Lake Road, Porter, also is charged with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of inappropriately touching a 7-year-old girl early Saturday at a Town of Niagara address.
