CAN'T WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT RISING GAS PRICES?

What has happened to competition? I'm talking about gas prices that seem to be the same at all the major suppliers. It seems that every time one outlet raises prices, they all follow suit. Is this a little collusion? Whatever happened to competition? In years past, we have had what is known as "gas wars," where prices from one gas station to another were different.

Maybe someone, such as the attorney general, could investigate this situation. I realize he and his staff are overextended, but gas prices are out of control and competition is seemingly a thing of the past. Why?
